Minors and Youth Participants
MCYR is a youth rowing organization, and much of our programming serves participants under the age of 18.
- Registration and program information about minors is collected from and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
- By registering a minor for a program or submitting a minor’s information through this website, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to MCYR’s collection and use of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- A signed photo and media release is required as part of program registration. MCYR may photograph or record athletes during practices, regattas, and events and may use those images for program, promotional, or educational purposes in accordance with that release.
- To request removal of a minor’s image or information, contact us using the details below.

MCYR will have no obligations with respect to the Communications.
