Boathouse Row and Fitness

Welcome to Boathouse Row!

Classes are open to the public. All fitness levels welcome!

Power Row Class – Total body work for all levels. Class is designed to build strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility and balance. Equipment used can vary from concept 2 rowers, kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells, your own body weight and more. Classes held Monday – Friday. Times vary. See schedule.

Boathouse Grit – Class is about building strength and power. Class is designed for all fitness levels. Boathouse Grit classes are currently unavailable.

Power Row

Monday: 5 am and 8:30 am
Tuesday: 5 am and 8:30 am
Wednesday: 8:30 am
Thursday: 5 am and 8:30 am
Friday: 5 am and 8:30 am

All classes are 50 minutes
The First Class is ALWAYS Free.
